Alabama's pay-per-view show, "For The Record Alabama's 41 Number One Hits Live From Las Vegas," was mixed in 5.1 surround at Seventeen Grand for DVD and home video distribution. Studio owner Jake Niceley produced and engineered the surround and stereo mix in Seventeen Grand's Euphonix studio... Lyle Lovett also stopped by Seventeen Grand to record background vocals for Alison Krauss' "Dreamin' My Dreams," which wi be included on her upcoming album, "Forget About It." The Cox Family spent some time at Seventeen Grand lending thier angelic vocals to a few cuts on the album. Gary Paczosa engineered the project, produced by Krauss, with the help of assistant engineers Sandy Jenkins and Thomas Johnson. |
